Local Community Playground

Join your Towne Point Neighbors in funding a new playground space for our littlest neighbors! Not only will this be a place for our community's families to gather and connect, but it will also appeal to potential buyers and make a statement to the surrounding community about Towne Point.

To make this happen, we need your financial support to contribute to this enhancement of our community. We are raising funds in an attempt to avoid using the limited HOA’s allocated miscellaneous funds. This is a request for you to be a part of bringing an updated and inviting space to our neighborhood’s young families.

Our goal is to raise $7000 and have a new playset installed by the beginning of next Summer!

Our vision is to level out the ground space, install a new playset, and lay rubber mulch or pea gravel as ground cover for the enclosed play area. We would also like to enclose the area with a small fence and provide a few benches for caregivers inside the fenced area. At the entrance to the playground will be a sign to acknowledge the generous donators who made the play area possible. Below is the playset we hope to get if we are able to raise funds quickly and can acquire the playset before supplies run out. Because a lot of people are buying playsets these days, we have found that the playground market to be a bit unstable; what is available one day at one price, is either gone or the price has changed the next day. Therefore, your response to this fundraising request is critical in making this a success for Towne Point.

Leveling/Regrading grounds: - volunteer labor

New Playset Cost: Costco Lifetime Double Slide Deluxe Playset $3,000 - $4000

Installing new playset: $0 - volunteer labor

Rubber Mulch/ Pea Gravel : $500 to $1,000

3 Ft Fence to enclose playground $1,500

Benches $500
