Friends and loved ones, 

     We are raising money for Peggy Quinn, our beloved mother, whose razor sharp wit and enormous heart are unmatched in this world. She has had an incredibly challenging few months. In February she was diagnosed with muscle invasive bladder cancer and had a radical cystectomy in late March. While we are relieved that she is currently cancer free, she has had a challenging post-op course, including two strokes which compromised her executive functioning and mobility, and C. diff colitis which has effected her bowel function and appetite.

     She hasn't been in her own home for almost three months at this point and we are hoping that by returning home she will be start to mend. So many of you have reached out in the past few months wondering how you might help, and for that we are incredibly grateful. We have created this fund to help cover the cost of nursing assistance and caregivers at home. We have also created a platform for people to volunteer for household chores and visits on caringbridge.com. Please keep Peggy in your thoughts and prayers as she comes home!
