Patti, Andrew, and Baby Aaden

As many of you know, around 20 weeks of pregnancy Andrew and Patti found out that their baby boy Aaden had a rare condition called Congenital diaphragmatic hernia along with some other complications. Andrew and Patti remained positive and very optimistic the last 10 weeks... Patti is now 30 weeks and found out this morning that baby Aaden passed away. Patti and Andrew will meet their precious angel this evening and enjoy their time with him. Coming home from the hospital empty handed is something nobody should have to experience, if you can help lighten the load of what's to come for them I know they will appreciate it. Any amount helps.
