Board games are not just a growing hobby, but a means to tell stories and share cultures and perspectives. As our industry grows, we want to support and encourage diverse voices to improve our community and drive it in fresh, positive directions.

The aim of the Pathways Fellowship is to provide assistance to board game designers through mentorship, guidance, and the practical means to attend conventions that would help further their career in the games industry.

Your support will go directly towards sponsoring creatives to be matched with mentors and attend conventions with the aim of adding their stories and voices to our community.
