As you may all know by now, I am currently a Baking and Pastry Arts student at Johnson & Wales University.
Recently, I got accepted to an once in a lifetime internship / study abroad opportunity in Yssingeaux, France! From May - July 2018, I will be studying at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP), a renowned pastry school. During the time I will be there, I will be studying under Yves Thuriès and Alain Ducasse, two famous chefs and pastry chefs.
The amount I am hoping to raise will help pay for the cost of tuition, air fare, study abroad fees and cost of living.
