Kettlebell 60.60.60

Hi everyone!

I’m raising money to support a goal where I attempt to do something possibly impossible to break the boundaries of our beliefs about physical limits and expectations.

I also aim to bring awareness to our ability to overcome the traumatic situations and common challenges MANY people face (listed below).

I will be starting on May 20, 2020 in Nova Scotia, Canada and ending in Ontario, Canada July 18, 2020 on the 60th consecutive day of 3 hour lifts in all 50 US states and Canadian provinces.

I will be completing:
60 Three Hour Kettlebell Marathons
60 Days in a Row
60 Locations Across North America

Second to completing this, I aim to lift over 4 million pounds in 60 days.

I want to accomplish this personal goal, as well as, be an example for people who battle any of the situations I’ve experienced, overcome or continue to face:
- Childhood Abuse
- Obesity
- Food Addiction / Eating Disorder
- Trauma of watching my brother die at 25
- PCOS
- PTSD
- Anxiety / Depression
- Brain Injury
- 3+ Year Narcissistic Abuse Relationship
- Overcoming many “chronic” health conditions by frustratingly but patiently learning about natural alternatives to healing
- Serious accident injuries (rolled 4 times)
  - Extreme Mountain Cliff accident injuries and more PTSD from another near death experience

This goal is overwhelming, intimidating and at times defeating because of what it will cost not only financially (taking 2 months off of work plus travel, equipment, etc) but also physically, mentally and emotionally.

In the the moments I feel unsure, nervous or doubtful, I remember the list of experiences above and think of how I pulled through during the times I felt completely broken, alone and helpless. I think of the times I didn’t want to live anymore and I know that:

1. I keep meeting so many people (plus, I’m sure there are an endless number of people I haven’t met who face these struggles) who are feeling like that RIGHT NOW and I want them to know they can get through it and look back astounded by the thoughts they once had, and

2. What kept me going in those times was to a degree my friends and family but, to be honest, it was mostly filling my ears with YouTube videos or documentaries of people who overcame the WORST of the worst.
David Goggins is a prime example. I could relate most to the people who faced extreme trauma and who were abused from a young age physically and verbally - having worthlessness drilled into their minds. I needed to hear the stories of others who were made to feel as if they were an inconvenience and as if their simple presence disappointed or annoyed others. I needed to listen to others who felt their role was to walk on eggshells to please everyone else and to put their own needs to the side to do this.

I watched and listened to strangers journeys to happiness by overcoming their own tragedies and traumas. THOSE people changed my life and to simply tell it how it is - I want to BE one of those people for others.

Asking people for financial assistance has never been something I’m comfortable with but I know it’s the only way to make this extreme how a reality. Many people have messaged me already asking how they could help with donations as I’ve inspired them or help them at certain times in their life, directly or indirectly. I appreciate this more than words can say.  ❤️

Your contributions will go towards gas, flights, food, living expenses, promotions, equipment and body work therapists. I’m also hoping to have enough to support a crew/producer to make this into a documentary.

Sincerest gratitude,
Jennifer
