help us get the chairs we need

Let me introduce ourselves, I’m Jeff and I’m 41 years old and quadriplegic which means I have very little use of all four limbs. I live with Pauline who is 38 and has Arthrogryposis, which affects her joints. We would like to enjoy the outdoors more but our existing wheelchairs are old and uncomfortable and I’ve never felt safe in mine. We live 2 minutes away from the beach in Bracklesham Bay, and would love nothing more then to walk all our dogs on it or in the local woods.

We have tried an http://www.mybility.co.uk/wheelchair/dl wheelchair, which is a four-wheel drive chair. I felt much safer and confident in it. We are both student artists with the Mouth And Foot Painting Artists, this chair would mean we could get places to paint and take photos that our old chairs couldn’t go.  Friends and family have fundraised £11500 so far, which is really good, we are so grateful to them for their support. Our total target is £5000 for two chairs, any help would be gratefully received.
