Owen Sings bringing us Love and Joy

Owen Lovejoy is a Long Beach based concert tenor. He has worked with many of the local theater and opera companies in Long Beach. Some recent roles include Quasimodo in "Hunchback of Notre Dam" and Hannibal Lecter in "Silence"! Owen gives one on one voice lessons for those looking to strengthen their instrument or gain some confidence in their performance abilities. He teaches both children and adults. Owen says "Never miss an opportunity to put more music into the world"
Since the impact of Covid 19 Owen like many has been out of most work and on March 17th he decided to create music on Facebook live. The first day he performed 1 song then it has been 2 songs every day after. In total he has done 41 songs over the last 21 days. He was inspired by seeing the Italian tenor signing on his balcony and though he feels he cant do much to help people he knows this is something he can do and intends to do this until we are done with Covid.
This has not been created by Owen but rather an individual moved by the impact, kindness and difference Owen and his music is creating.
Everyone is being impacted by this virus but being that Owen immediately went into creating music and a positive difference this is something to bless him in return.
The money will be used to help Owen pay his monthly bills, food, expenses and keep him singing for us and with us on that balcony for the time being while we continue to face the impact of Covid.
