Overturn Planning Consent

We are deeply concerned that Dundee City Council have granted planning consent under delegated powers of which we have no right of appeal. Apart from raising a judicial review at the Court of Session, we have no other avenue of redress. We have not sought this but the actions of the Council have forced this upon us
