Beloved father’s funeral expenses

With heavy hearts, we mourn the tragic loss and death of our hero and beloved father, Xou Vang. Our father was a proud Hmong Lao veteran who bravely fought on the special guerilla unit for the U.S. during the Vietnam War. He exemplified honor, integrity, duty, and courage. While he was very proud of his military service, he was most proud of his children. He was a loving husband and father, and leaves behind his wife, nine children, and five grandchildren. Our father was a selfless man who always put his family and others before himself. He was dedicated to the service of others, and never shied away from an opportunity to help another.

While he lived the very sad and hard life of a poor orphan, he was rich beyond measure when it came to the love and respect of his wife and children. We are so very saddened by the loss of our father and will forever miss him. We are grateful to those who knew and loved him. Thanks to all of you for your loving support during this very difficult time.
