One girl, one barbell… and one big dream… now in the Cayman Islands! ️‍♀️

Hi! I’m Rosio, a powerlifting athlete. I train with heart, soul, and a whole lot of weight on my shoulders (literally and figuratively!). Every lift is a promise I make to myself: to keep chasing my dream — even when it gets reeeally heavy.

And now, I have some amazing news: I’ve been classified as an international-level athlete, and I’m currently the national champion in my category. This gives me the opportunity to represent Mexico at the International Championship in the Cayman Islands — but to get there, I need your help.
