Olivia’s Mother, Sophia Katherine Denis-Tripaldi

Hello, my name is Nadia and I am writing on behalf of my best friend Olivia Tripaldi.

Olivia’s mother, Sophia, passed away on August 25th, suddenly and unexpectedly from rapidly progressing Lung Cancer. Her mother was diagnosed with cancer two months after the death of her older brother, Robert, who passed in April.

The loss of two family members within a six month period is already hard enough and at this moment her family is facing some difficulty gathering the necessary funds to lay her mother to rest.

Here are the current breakdown of costs:

$900 for hospital pick up & cremation

$175 for the mailing of cremains

$60 for a plantable, biodegradable urn

$72 for the death certificates

$23.50 for permits

$250 to cover the hospital’s daily fees to hold Sophia’s body

All remaining funds will be used to cover unexpected fees that may arise, organize memorial services and assist in travel to be with family & friends and celebrate the life of her mother, Sophia.
