The members of Anderson Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #48 are asking your assistance for our fellow officer, Chris Hoyle, who’s in great need. Chris is a 20 year plus veteran of the Anderson Police Department along with being a SWAT team member. Chris is also a school resource officer here in our community. Chris is married to Molly and together they have 3 amazing kids. Chris also strives to be the best father and provider he can be. Chris and his wife are adventurous outdoorsmen and love to exercise. In June of 2021, Chris was feeling ill at which time he visited his doctor. The initial diagnosis was pneumonia. After visiting the doctor several more times, Chris was admitted into the hospital on October 11th for his heart. Chris was then transported to Indy at which time he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure due to a virus. Chris is currently in the hospital waiting for a HEART TRANSPLANT. The members of FOP #48 are raising money to help offset the current expenses that Chris and his family are enduring.
