Officer Chad Fultz Family Assistance Fund

Officer Chad Fultz has passed due to COVID complications, and has left a wife and two daughters.  Any contribution will be appreciated to help in this family's time of need.  This contribution will be to help the family as they struggle to overcome their loss. This fundraiser will last for about 2 weeks, as the crushing costs are immediate for this family. This Officer served TDOC as a PSU officer in New Tazewell, TN. His passing will be felt by many, as he was a good father, husband, and public servant.
