I had to have surgery on my left hand on Aug 18, and won't be able to work until some time in late Oct or early Nov.  I have limited used of my left hand and can not do a surgical scrub or wear surgical gloves. At the time of my surgery I only had 15.7 hours of PAL time and 17,9 hours of sick time accrued. it has been usedannd my Short term diability wont start until mid Sept. So, as you see I won't have a paycheck,possibly two untill the checks start coming. This is teribly embarassing asI am usually a very humble man and hate to ever ask anyone for help. I'm usually the giver in most cased. Your concideration is greatly appreciated and thank you in advanced.  Your Friend,Tony
