Ocean needs surgery

Hi, I’m Kellie and I never thought I’d be asking for help with a large vet bill, but here I am!

Ocean is a 9year old thoroughbred who not only is the love of my life, but he makes so many of my students happy too. He started out and an anxious mess but has become a dream lesson horse and a talented hunter.

He has a rare fungus that needs to be operated on at Roseworthy Equine Hospital. Guttural Pouch Mycosis. Left untreated he will bleed out from his carotid artery. His choices are surgery or euthanasia. Medication is not a good option as he may haemorrhage before then.
