Delivering aid in Ukraine, Nigel Watson & Jan Dyer

Hi, my name is Jan Dyer and along with Nigel Watson and Matt Colley we are raising funds for our humanitarian aid trips to Ukraine. The cover photo shows one of the many dogs in shelter accomodation.

We returned from Ukraine after our last aid run where Nigel and myself delivered animal feed to animal shelters, one of which was run for disabled dogs who semed so happy to see us whilst running around in their buggies as most had little or no use of their back legs, so sad. We also delivered food and hygiene products to a remote village that had been under Russian occupation until recently also dropping some animal food off here as well.

Nigel has already completed three self funded trips to Ukraine taking much needed donated aid to a hospital, animal shelters, villages etc, also provided transport for dogs to be moved from Kherson to enable their owner to move away from from her home as the area was being heavily shelled by the Russian army.

All money raised with this Gofundme will be used to buy and distribute food, medical supplies, animal feed etc to wherever it is needed. The travel and accommodation costs are self funded and not taken from any donated funds.

On one of Nigels last trip over the Christmas period he delivered over 800 Christmas Shoe Boxes to Ukrainian troops that had been donated by residents of the Isle of Wight.

I became co owner of a vehicle bought by Nigel and myself to enable larger amounts of much needed aid to be transported. Helping those affected by what is happening in Ukraine has become our mission and means so much to me and my team members Nigel and Matt so any and all money raised with Gofundme will enable us to send more much needed funds to those in need and the animal shelters in Ukraine.

We now concentrate our fundraising more towards the animal shelters as the animals of Ukraine are the forgotten innocent victims of Russias war in Ukraine. Please open your hearts and donate.
