Nichole's Surgery Recovery & Health

Hello, my name is Nichole Lombardi Piercey. I am a Mother of 3 amazing boys-13, 11 and 8 years old. They are the most important heartbeats in my life. They are my life and the most important thing in this life is that I raise them right and that I am always there for them. As a family we own and run an equestrian facility, Kaliber Stables, where we offer a professional haven for riders and horses alike. We specialize in Arabians and half Arabians but work with multiple breeds as well. I have taught countless riders the joy of horsemanship, created the Academy Division for Arabians in Colorado and have tried to make as many dreams come true for each and every rider.  My children all play an important role in the daily needs of the barn and impeccable care of each and every horse. I believe that hard work, responsibility and accountability are character assets that are paramount to a boy becoming the best man possible.
However, I have been very ill for a several years with a rare female condition. I have pushed through this because of being self employed and having so many people and horses depending on me makes the idea of being down for so long logistically impossible.  Because I have neglected my own health for so long I am now  paying the price. My health has been deteriorating rapidly. My ability to be the Mom my children need and the horseman my barn needs takes every ounce of life force I have. My condition causes severe anemia, migraines, unmanageable pain and extreme volume loss. 
I have been living a very isolated existence as I try to act as if I am fine for the benefit of my children and barn family.  I am not fine. Without this complex surgery my life expectancy is quite short. Without a proper recovery  I will have to undergo this again. Without income from my training and lessons I will lose my ranch as the overhead is extremely high.  Without my ranch I will lose my life's work and my mission to create responsible young adults as well as the haven for horses and riders. I have to find a way to continue to have income to support my children, barn and the horses basic needs so that I may heal properly. I need help to get to a functioning place and appropriate quality of life mind, body and soul. I have been knocked down by several other life events and I have come so close to giving up, waiving the white flag and surrendering to the land mines of life. But I can not. I will not. I will get through this somehow so my boys will not be without their Mother and equally important, they will learn that there are good people out there that are willing to help us. That compassion is indeed alive and well. 
Last but not least my oldest son also has to have surgery in just 2 weeks for a suspicious growth on his scalp. 
Its been a very difficult time to say the least.
