Tammy is absolutely the best person to be a Spartan coach. Having completed my first Spartan Sprint by her side I can tell you she embodies the Spartan spirit. She brought together a team of strangers to work toward a common goal and truly support each other. Throughout the race she coached us through obstacles, motivated us to push ourselves, and stopped to help other racers who needed guidance and encouragement. As a Spartan coach Tammy will have the ability to train people for future races and prepare them for the obstacles they will face and, most importantly, teach people to embody the Spartan spirit. -Becky Harman
I watched Tammy coach my best friend through her first Spartan race and she is helping me prepare for my first race in August. I have never done anything like this but having Tammy as a mentor and teacher fills me with confidence, knowledge, and motivation to complete my goals.
