My lawyer is asking for $10,000 to finalize my divorce and ask the courts for shared parenting rights and custody.

The reason why i left: I was in a marriage with an extremely insecure, toxic, controlling, sociopathic, lying, and suffocating groomer with a loveless and destructive marriage.

Though I was constantly gaslit with the words ‘I never said that’, this is how I experienced things and what I heard, it’s how I heard and perceived my environment and situations and circumstances.

My ex lies to everyone in church, our community, extended family members, and our city people that I was cheating on him with group orgies which is not the case nor true at all, saying I showed him videos of it which I don’t have since it didn’t happen, and telling everyone that there’s footage of me walking around in my underwear with these people in a non existent situation????????? He took his imaginations and made that the apparent and seeming truth and told everyone weird things leading to gossip and defamation. I don’t even have the money to sue him because he had taken all the money I made and also taken money I’ve used as living expenses and left me with over $20,000 of debt. I’m still in a difficult situation because of him but I’m glad I left a very sick person. I’m working hard now to get myself on my feet and continue working hard in what I have in front of me.
