Today, tragedy struck when a fire destroyed the home of Grace, a loving grandmother with full custody of her two grandchildren, Roberta (5) and Daniel (14), and her husband Dominic, a devoted grandfather and disabled combat veteran. In just moments, they lost everything — their clothes, shoes, cherished stuffed animals, school supplies, electronics, and most painfully, their home.

Grace and Dominic are now facing the unimaginable challenge of starting over while caring for their two young grandchildren. Reberta and Daniel deserve stability and comfort, and Grace is doing everything she can to stay strong for them while also supporting Dominic through his own challenges as a veteran.
