I’m Thanda Win, the owner of Lime House Sushi and Ramen. I’m also a proud entrepreneur who believes in the power of food to bring people together. As a chef and business owner, my passion is to serve delicious, made-to-order sushi and ramen that not only taste amazing but also carry the authentic flavors of my home country, Myanmar.

2. Where Are We From

I’m originally from Myanmar, a beautiful country with a rich history and culture. I moved to the United States in search of better opportunities, and since 2005, I’ve made Buffalo, NY, my home. Lime House Restaurant is where I share the flavors of my homeland with the community here in the Buffalo area.

3. My Relationship to the Parties We Are Raising Funds For

I’m raising funds for the people of Myanmar, who are currently facing the aftermath of a devastating earthquake. Although I have made a new life here in the U.S., my heart is still deeply connected to the people of Myanmar. Many families have lost everything homes, businesses, loved ones and are in desperate need of support.

4. How the Funds Will Be Spent

The funds we raise will be used to directly support the rescue and rebuilding efforts in Myanmar. Here’s how the funds will be spent:
