Mom denervation surgery

Mom is now at stage 4 chronic kidney disease, and her high blood pressure is making it worse, so I'm trying to raise money to help her go to the Mayo Clinic to have denervation surgery so she can get on the transplant list. Please, if you can help, it will be greatly appreciated!
