Lisa's condo was destroyed in a flooding incident from a resident's pipes bursting above her. The water flooded in like a waterfall for two hours until the property manager could get into the vacant condo above hers. Insurance does not cover flooding damage. They ripped up her wooden floors and do not plan on replacing them. Flooring, small appliances, furniture, drapes, food in the pantry will all need replacing.
