It is with a heavy heart that we create this fundraiser to help support Joey and his young family as they navigate this profoundly difficult time following the sudden and unexpected passing of his beloved wife, Mindy.

Mindy was only 35 years old. Her passing last week has left a gaping hole in the lives of everyone who loved her, most especially Joey, Adison, Dredon, her parents, siblings, nephews and friends.

Mindy will always be known for her caring, giving and infectious personality. Her heart was always worn on her sleeve, and she would give anything she could for her friends and family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and the bedrock of their home.

This unexpected tragedy has left Joey not only with the emotional weight of grief but also with an immediate and overwhelming financial burden. Funds raised will go directly to supporting the family with living expenses such as food and rent, as Joey takes time to mourn and adjust to being a single parent. The funds may help ease the long term strain of now only having one income to support the everyday expenses. The funds may also help support Adison and Dredon in education pursuits or other supports they may need while processing their grief.
