Saturday, May 11th around 4:30 PM Mike Adams was in a very bad motorcycle accident. A car drifted across the yellow lines and careened into him. He is suffering from life threatening injuries and is at the ICU at CMMC.
He sustained multiple broken bones including both of his femurs, skull fractures, a collapsed lung and has lost his right leg below the knee.
Michael Adams is a resilient, strong man. He will fight through this and be on the mend, but the road to recovery is a lengthy one. My mom Lesley will be taking extended time off from work to care for and be with her husband. Modifications will need to be made to their home to accommodate Michael's new lifestyle.
