The Family Counseling and Support Services program aims to provide culturally competent counseling and support services tailored to the unique challenges faced by African American families. Target Population:

Services Offered:
Individual Counseling: Offer one-on-one therapy sessions with licensed therapists to address personal concerns, develop coping strategies, and promote self-awareness and growth.
Group Counseling: Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on topics such as parenting skills, stress management, grief and loss, and relationship dynamics.
Family Therapy: Conduct family therapy sessions to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen familial bonds.
Psychoeducation Workshops: Organize workshops and seminars on relevant topics such as mental health awareness, effective communication, conflict resolution, and self-care practices.
