Men Who Talk is just two men — Lewis and Jon — who have both walked through their own storms. They know what it feels like to sit in silence, to carry pressure, anxiety, and pain without knowing where to turn. At one point in their lives, they did something that many men struggle to do… they reached out. They found a support group, a space where they could talk, be heard, and begin to rebuild.

That moment didn’t just help them — it changed them.

Now, they’ve taken everything they’ve learned, everything they’ve felt, and turned it into something bigger than themselves. They’ve set up Men Who Talk Wealden CIC, not as professionals looking down from the top, but as men standing shoulder to shoulder with others who are struggling.

Their mission is simple but powerful: to create safe, real, and non-judgemental spaces where men can open up, connect, and realise they’re not alone. No pressure, no labels — just honest conversations, shared experiences, and support from people who truly understand.
