Our Friend and Family Member has suffered a massive fracture to her Heel as the result of a KiteBoarding Accident last week in Cape Hatteras.  Melanie is a single mother who works as a waitress, she is simply unable to work at this time and her Bills are piling up. 

Melanie is a great friend to all those who know her, and she would give the shirt off her back to help anyone in need.  She needs our help now, so lets make it happen.
