Medical Support Needed for Gang Victim

In April 2021, I was forcibly deported to Haiti from the US, leaving behind my family and mostly everything I knew. In a cruel twist of fate, I found myself caught in the crossfires of gang violence as they took over the area where I was living. Despite their stronghold on 90 percent of the country, I never imagined I would become a victim.

Recently, I was shot by these ruthless gangs, leaving me in critical condition. Now, as I struggle to recover, access to proper medical care and medications has become a daily battle because everything in Haiti becomes luxury. Each day is a painful reminder of the harsh realities I face in this war-torn land.
