Hello, my name is Annie Kisa Adames and I created this fundraiser in hopes of getting more support for my oldest brother Manny Kisa aka "JUN" and his family. He is only 44 years old and is in need of open heart surgery. He lives in Saipan with his wife and children and was recently referred to Guam for a stress test following a recent minor heart attack and doctors found a blockage in his heart. They are currently still in Guam but once back in Saipan will begin the process of a new referral. Although they aren't sure yet where he will be sent to, they anticipate some out of pocket costs, medical bills as well as what it would mean for his family financially if he were to miss more time from work.

In addition to him needing open heart surgery, he suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis which makes not only walking difficult and painful but pretty much pain everywhere in his body. For as long as I could remember my brother has never been without a job. He started working as soon as he was old enough too and has never stopped. Having already taken time off from work when he suffered a minor heart attack they anticipate he will need more time off again for his surgery and recovery. My sister in law has been with him every step of the way and will continue to do so but they are already going through a lot and do not need the added stress of medical bills & expenses on top of worrying about their two minor children and how they will provide for them during this time. I am hoping and praying that with your generosity I could help take away some of the stress and worry from my brother and his family and he could just focus on healing and recovering.
