Medical Bill Relief for Autumn

Our hearts are breaking as we watch our beloved daughter, Autumn Ruz endure the challenges of recovering from a major surgical procedure. This surgery has turned our world upside down, and the road to recovery is long and arduous.

Autumn underwent a total colon resection after weeks of excruciating pain. What could have been a lesser point of stress on her life if diagnosed correctly and earlier, has now become an uphill battle for Autumn for months to come.

The medical expenses associated with her diagnosis, surgery, rehab,and ongoing care will become a tremendous burden. Despite insurance, the costs continue to pile up.

We are reaching out to friends, family, and community in hopes of finding support. As parents it is difficult to watch your child have to go through such a physical and emotionally draining event. Autumn has to learn to walk and eat again as her bedridden body for a month had left her drained of all energy and immobile. Every day is a new step towards progress and normality in her life. With the Grace of God and the care she is getting from her nurses, doctors, and staff at Advent Health Daytona, she is one step closer to her normal life.
