Help with recovery from wreck

My name is Kelly Hereford and my daughter is Jaela. We were in a bad car accident on 12/6/21. A guy was driving erratically and spun out of control hitting us. I am very bruised and sore. Jaela has a fractured eye socket, stitches in her chin, has a concussion, and is extremely sore all over. We are looking at months of recovery. As of now Jaela will not be able to return to school at least until after New Year’s. I did have full coverage on my car but considering I just bought it in July 2021 I am probably going to be screwed.

The guy didn’t have insurance. 

If the accident itself wasn’t enough, I then witnessed one of the officers on the scene shoot the guy who hit us. At the time I didn’t know why, but have since found out he was reaching for a gun.

I hate asking for anything from anyone, but I am humbling myself because we could sure use a little help…especially with Christmas coming.
