Max Needs Your Help for Critical Back Surgery

Hey guys, my name is Max. For those of you that don’t know me, I’m from Bloomington, MN, and I work at Mad Cow in Eagan.

3 months ago, in September, I went into the hospital for emergency surgery on my L3 disc and didn’t have health insurance, and so that’s put a lot of stress on my life.

Well, this Wednesday, December 4th, I had to call the fire department to help me get out of my apartment because something felt terribly wrong with my back again and I couldn't move from my bed.

Today, on December 6th, I found out that I have to have a triple fusion on my discs. I’m going to be out of work for probably 3 months, and I’m extremely stressed about my bills.
