Matts motor neurones fund-raiser

Hi my name is Matt Heath. I'm 41 and I've been living with a type of motor neurone disease for years now, before that I worked self employed as a tiler. Slowly but surely I've lost the coordination or ability to do most things. It's now trying to take away my ability to speak, go to the toilet or on occasion breath properly. It's terrifying, but I refuse to give up hope. I'm going to the stem cell institute in panama. They have had really promising results in slowing down and in some cases even improving the symptoms of mnd. It comes at a high cost and that's why im reaching out. I never thought that I'd be in this position asking for help. Please share this around and if you're able to help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
