My name is Barry Wzorek. My son, Matthew, was taken from us suddenly after on February 16, 2020.

To honor Matthew's memory, we thought fulfilling another child's wishes would be the best way to process our grief and to create a positive outcome out of a devastating situation. We originally established this fund to send a child, and then children as the fund grew, to Matthew's favorite places - Disney and Universal. That has been a challenge this year, but we have found creative ways to support Make-a-wish and other charities and look forward to being able to achieve this goal when we can.

Going forward, all donations will go directly to Matthew's Moonlight Foundation which will support families in the Delaware Valley who have suffered the loss of a child or are fighting childhood illness, bringing light to these families at their darkest hour. We hope to alleviate some of the unnecessary financial stress and offer some much needed peace of mind to bereaved families.

Matthew was a shining light.  He was the kindest child and could brighten any room. Matthew was a child who loved to live life to the fullest and always thinking of others and giving to others.
