On behalf of aunty Margaret and family I will be starting a fundraiser in Australia, then sending the funds back to Papua New Guinea. Receiving the appropriate medical care, comes with a hefty price. Every cent that is donated, whether it’s a small or big amount goes towards life saving medications and procedures. The family and friends of Margaret Wilolopa Luku are reaching out to seek urgent support in raising funds for her life-saving medical treatment.

WHO IS MARGARET?

Margaret is more than a wife, mother of four biological sons and two fostered sons, and a grandmother—she is a pillar of her community. She is a Papua New Guinean woman who has dedicated her life to serving others, whether through community initiatives in Bougainville Island and Port Moresby, or through her small and medium enterprise (SME) catering business that promotes healthy food.

WHY YOUR HELP MATTERS

Margaret has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and requires specialized medical care and further diagnosis in Taiwan. The estimated cost for her treatment is USD 27,600. Without this critical intervention, her health remains at risk.

Helping Margaret get back into good health, will enable her to continue her community work, run her business and most importantly, to continue giving her motherly love and support to her family.
