Hi! My name is Nicole, and I’m a coworker of Alex (Lexie).

Alex and her partner Cody are proud parents to two amazing kids: Theo (7) and Logan (3). This beautiful young family is preparing for a major surgery for Logan, and we’d love to support them in a way that allows them to focus entirely on her recovery—without the added stress of financial burdens.

Logan is a girl that lights up a room when she’s in it with the most incredible smile. She also has a rare type of Cerebral Palsy, which has caused both of her hips to be dislocated. As a result, Logan is currently unable to walk.

This September, Logan will undergo a significant surgery aimed at reducing her pain and—most excitingly—giving her the opportunity to walk for the first time. This could be life-changing for Logan and her family.

Once she's able to return home, some modifications will need to be made to ensure her safety and accessibility (such as ramps and other accommodations). In addition, Alex and Cody will need to take time off work to care for Logan as she heals.
