Hello, my name is Michelle and I am here to help out our fellow friend and musician Darran Smith. Darran has been a staple of the Nashville touring community for over 30 years. He spent over 20 years and band leader, co-producer and lead guitarist for Tim McGraw and the Dancehall Doctors. Darran’s health has been declining for the last several years. He is in need of a heart and kidney transplant. He is on dialysis 3-4 times a week and has lost his toes on his foot due to the diabetes. He is currently back in the hospital for infections and another surgery is scheduled to help in the healing process. As you can imagine, medical expenses are just through the roof but yet he still has to have the basics as well for his family. We know Covid has really been hard on the world and the music community, but if you could find it in your heart to help, anything will be a blessing to Darran.
