I've signed up for the 30-Mile Challenge for the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation because this cause is close to my heart. As a of you lot know, my dad passed away due to Cholangiocarcinoma. I want to take action and make an impact. And I would love your help. Whether you donate $5 or $500, every bit counts. I've set an ambitious goal because I know that with support from people like you, I can get there.
I've included information about
Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation below.
Founded in 2006, the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation is a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its mission is to find a cure and improve the quality of life for cholangiocarcinoma patients.
Cholangiocarcinoma, pronounced (koh-LAN-jee-oh-KAR-sih-NOH-muh), is a lethal and rare bile duct cancer with a poor prognosis. With approximately 10,000 cases diagnosed annually in the U.S., it is the second most common primary liver cancer. It is often diagnosed at advanced stages, making novel therapies crucial.
