Lifting up the Moyskis on Harper’s Angel Wings
Donation protected
On August 27th, 2025, at the first mass of the school year, we lost our sweet, brave Harper Moyski in the horrific school shooting at Annunciation Catholic School. No words suffice to convey the sheer grief and horror of this heartbreak.
Harper was a spirited, nature-loving 10 year old girl who reflected the adventurous ideals of her devoted parents, Jackie and Mike: Harp thrived on exploration: the Boundary Waters, Nordic skiing, the Badlands, thundering down slopes and paddling lakes as a crew.
Harper was always full of mirth, and she showcased her wit by way of subtle pranks: like the first time they had a sitter, Harper had her sister cover themselves with band aids to
suggest injury and alarm their returning parents.
Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Harper moved with her family to Tangletown, Minneapolis at age four. Her parents sought a walkable community near parks and creeks—a storybook setting for children who loved tents, campfires, and s’mores.
She is survived by her younger sister Quinn (8), her mother Jackie, and her father Michael.
In memory of Harper, they wish to eventually donate to an organization on Harper's behalf. For now, the resources raised here will aid in the long, unmapped road to recovery for the Moyski family.
Thank you for surrounding the Moyskis with your love and support during this unimaginably difficult time. If you able to give, please do. If not, please share. We appreciate you all in this sudden tragic time.
