Life long tooth grinder and cancer survivor

Hello, my name is Michael Bolin. I am a life long tooth grinder and cancer survivor. I am seeking help with dental cost of $6300 because I need crowns and fillings. I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma as a teenager which destroyed the enamel on my teeth from vomiting a lot. I also grind my teeth when I sleep. This has been happening since I was a child.

I am a private music instructor. I teach 30-40 students a week Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano, Trumpet, Ukulele and Banjo. My income does not allow me to cover all the recent dental treatment plans needed to keep my teeth healthy.

I have already received $2500 grant from the Music Health Association in Nashville, TN which covers some of this. Thank You to anyone who I received references from for that application.
