Hello, my mother Lianee Victor was diagnosed with lung cancer in February 2020. She is currently in the ICU after going into cardiac arrest due to her long, hard battle with her illness. It has left her in a comatose state since Tuesday November 30th, 2021. My mother is a single parent who dedicated her entire life to all 4 of her children; Carl, Courtney, Kaya, and Lauryn. She worked all the way up until her cancer diagnosis, even in sickness my mother made sure to take care of everyone else before herself. Her independence and responsibility was a blessing our entire lives, she made everything possible with what she had to work with as a single mother of 4.

Our mothers biggest priority was making sure all of her responsibilities were taken care of (rent, food, bills, etc.), she’s never been one to ask for help with anything. Due to the recent events concerning our mother, my family is swamped with bills and rent. Her being unconscious is a big obstacle in helping us take care of everything at home while she’s in the ICU due to her not leaving any financial instructions or help from how sudden this all happened.

My sisters and I could use all the help we can. We’ve managed to keep everything afloat while my mother was still conscious, but with all of us working such different schedules and trying to visit our mother in the hospital daily, it’s impossible to live comfortably despite all of our efforts during this stressful time.
