Let’s all come together to help Meme’s battle with cancer!

Let me start off by saying God is amazing! Hello to all. My name is Latoya Bailey, or to others (Meme). I am 40 years young and I am setting up this fundraiser because I’ve recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Cervical Cancer. Let me give you all a little back story.

I wasn’t feeling well about the middle of June 2024 in my midsection. I thought, okay, I can withstand this pain until it soon became severe. I went to the hospital because I couldn’t take it anymore and was told I had fibroids and thyroids that were causing the issue. From there, I had been in and out of the hospital every week since July 7th because the pain would not go away and seemed to be getting worse. I went to another hospital where I was told I actually had cervical cancer in my uterus, and it caused both of my kidneys to fail. I am currently having to go through dialysis every day. I’ve experienced 15 blood transfusions since July 8th. The medications I am currently on are causing me to be in so much pain. Right now, I am in the hospital until further notice and will need help with living arrangements for at least the next six months.
