Leonards birthday is today. He is 70 years old. He had a stroke a few months ago and needs a van to get him around. He lost his foot in Vietnam, has ptsd, and agent orange. Has always worked hard for his family. He is 100% disabled. Due to his injuries in Vietnam it set his rehabilitation back significantly. His side not affected is the side with the prosthesis. He has lost his speech, use of his arm and use of his right leg. He was denied thru va. Rehabilitation from them has not started yet. He really needs to be able to get out.
