Im Kat, but this is about Leon Mejri. The most amazing young man that I ever met! He defied ALL odds! Not only did he continually fight the fight despite his prognosis, he lived as full a life as he possibly could! He touched many people's lives in so many ways.

Leon lost that fight at 9pm on Thursday 15th of January 2026 at the young age of 23!

Everyone that knew him (there's alot of you) would want him to have the send off he deserves without leaving his family, not only grieving his loss but, without debt due to his funeral. Even a date cant be set until we have a deposit!

The family have lived this trauma all Leons life, knowing they will have to say goodbye some day.

That day came and went and now we need to be able to say goodbye to Leon and lay him to rest.

Leon's funeral will be at Thanet crematorium on Thursday 19th February 2026 at 12pm. Followed by his wake at the Red arrow club, Ramsgate. Xx
