We are seeking aid to help fund the medical and legal expenses associated with Kevin Hagans assault by the Columbus Police Department and unlawful arrest. We are not only currently fighting the bogus charge brought against him but we are also building a legal case against the CPD for assault charges which has added extra expenses. But we refuse to allow expenses to keep us from calling out the atrocious behaviors of the CPD. Any amount will be greatly appreciated and so useful, unfortunately this may just be the beginning of the legal fees we will face going forward. BUT we are committed to continuing to fight against the injustice that not only Kevin faced this weekend but for injustice every single Black and Brown person faces every day of their life.
