My friend and colleague Lance Beckert had a hard battle with COVID-19 in November of 2020. After several stays in the hospital and a long recovery road, it was discovered that he was suffering from chronic kidney failure. After a year of dialysis and what I call "stoic suffering", a long-lost best friend from high school has reconnected with Lance and is his perfect match! This remarkable man is donating one of his kidneys to answer many prayers and save Lance Beckert's life. Now comes the part about finances.
