Stanley Barnes is my godson- a true legend and trooper as are his family. This year I intend to raise at least £10,000 for Stanley’s charity and also to fund research into Sanfillipo Syndrome. There are a few people in my life who have driven me to get off my arse and do something one of the most important being Andy Sherwood

I’m going to bring people along with me too as there are a lot of people out there who are either already involved or who are going to be involved and just don’t know it yet. The concept is simple- in 2015 I will complete 10,000kms on a bike, 1000km Running, 100kms of vertical assent. Then finishing with a run from Brighton to Great Ormand St Hospital. I’m starting with and off-road marathon early feb called the Longman. I’m coming after your cash. If I raise £1000 then I’ll add £1000 of my own cash in this first event.
