Supporting the Family of Our Beloved Pink Panther

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of one of our own, Katalayah, a cherished member of the Springfield Panthers U13 Pink team.

This was Katalayah’s very first season with the Panthers, a season she embraced with unmatched joy and energy. From the moment she joined, her radiant smile lit up the field. Her passion, courage, and determination quickly made her a standout player and an irreplaceable teammate. She scored multiple tries and brought so much heart to every game, becoming a true Panther in every sense.

But more than her athletic talent, Katalayah brought kindness, laughter, and warmth to everyone around her. She was a teammate, a friend, and a shining light in our club. She had big dreams and couldn't wait for the next season. None of us could have imagined we would be saying goodbye so soon.

In honour of Katalayah and to support her family during this unimaginable time, we are raising funds to help cover the funeral and associated expenses. We hope this will help ease some of the financial burden so they can focus on grieving and healing.
